A functional vest in a vintage floral with a bow sash and golden buttons. The bow tie is removable & adjustable. The skirt is a double-gathered circled skirt for maximum twirling and the second layer has a scalloped trim that adds a touch of whimsy. *Dress was promptly quickly modeled and removed.
